How do I register on the platform?

Registration is quick and easy. Just go to the section Create profilePlease fill in the required information and accept the privacy policy. You will then receive an email with a link to activate your account. If you don't find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder or contact us at info@sugardaddylatam.com.

How do I access my account?

To log in, click on the button Enter at the top of the platform. A window will open where you can enter your email or username along with your password. You can also log in directly from here.

I forgot my password, how can I recover it?

If you do not remember your password, you can reset it from the login page. Just click on Password recoveryEnter your email address and follow the instructions you will receive in your inbox. From that email, you will be able to securely create a new password.

How do I update my e-mail address?

If you need to change the email address associated with your account, go to the section Settings in your profile. Delete your current address and enter the new one. To complete the change, you will receive a verification email at your old address. Just accept the change by clicking on the confirmation link.

How do I change my username?

You can change your user name at any time from the tab Profile. Just click on Edit and update the information you need.

How to upload or update photos in my profile?

When you create your account, you will be asked to add a profile picture. Profiles without a photo can be deleted. If you want to change your photo, just click on your profile picture and select the option Change photo. To add more images to your personal album, go to the tab Mediawhere you can also share videos and music.

Why can't I upload photos?

If you have problems uploading images, they may be rejected by the system for being too large, too heavy or in an unsupported format. To reduce the weight of your photos, you can use online tools such as TinyJPG (tinyjpg.com). You can also try uploading a different image. If you continue to experience errors, please contact us via our contact form.

How many photos can I upload?

There is no limit to the number of photos you can post, so you can share as many images as you want.

What kind of photos are prohibited?

There are certain restrictions on the images you can upload. They are not allowed:
Group photos or in which minors appear.
Images that violate the rules of respect and coexistence.
Violent content, sexually explicit or non-consensual nudity.
Photos that promote hatred, harassment, racism or discrimination.
Images that violate the privacy of others.
If an image does not comply with these rules, it will be removed by the moderation team.

Can I share links to my social networks?

No. To ensure the safety of our users and avoid misuse of the platform, we do not allow the promotion of social networks within the profiles. This is an exclusive community for dating and relationships, so the exchange of external links is restricted.

What is online verification and how does it work?

At SugarDaddyLatamWe do not perform mandatory checks at the time of registration, but we do implement controls on suspicious profiles or those that have been reported.
If a moderator detects a profile that appears to be fake or questionable, he or she may request verification to confirm its authenticity. This process can be done by a video call or the sending of a photograph with a specific gesture.

What are memberships and which ones are available?

Our platform operates through a membership system that allows our customers to sugar daddies access premium features such as chat with sugar babies.
The available plans are:

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please go to the section Subscription within your profile. The system will ask for confirmation before processing the cancellation.
At the end of the contract period, you will no longer have access to messaging and premium features.

What happens when my membership expires?

If you have cancelled your membership, it will be automatically deactivated at the end of the contracted period. From that moment on, you will no longer be able to send messages.
If you wish to continue enjoying the premium features, you will need to renew your subscription by making a new payment.

What payment options are available?

You can make your payment using credit, debit or prepaid card. We also accept payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Currently, we do not offer the option of direct payment with PayPalbut you can use a debit card linked to PayPal to complete your payment smoothly.

What does the green dot next to the username mean?

The green dot indicates that a user is connected at the time and available to chat. If you send him a message, you will be notified in real time.

How can I block an unwanted user?

If you want to block someone, open the chat with that user and click on the three points located in the upper right corner. From there, select the option "Block user".
Once blocked, that person will no longer be able to send you messages.

How to remove user blocks?

If you decide to unblock someone, you can do it from the same menu of the three pointswhere you will find a list of all blocked members. Simply select the user and remove the block.

What are the restrictions for non-subscription members?

Members without subscription cannot send messages or use the chat function

How to deactivate notifications and newsletters?

To deactivate message notifications, go to the tab Notifications inside your profile and adjust the settings.
If you wish to stop receiving newsletters or promotional mailingsyou can unsubscribe from the "Unsubscribe from the post office" in your account settings.

How to delete messages or photos from the chat?

To delete a message or a photoClick on the sent message and select the option to send it. delete (three dots will appear with more options).
If you prefer to delete the whole conversation, you can do so by selecting "Delete entire chat".

How to report a user?

All profiles are equipped with a "Report". If you consider that a user is breaking the rules or misusing the platform, you can use this option to send a report to the moderation team.

How can I contact other members?

In all profiles there is a "Send message".
⚠️ IMPORTANTIf you are sugar daddy and you do not have an active subscription, you will not be able to contact other members.. You can review the different subscription types here.

Is the sale of photos or video calls allowed?

No. It is forbidden to sell photos, share social networks with paid content or promote any type of erotic content..
Likewise, it is not allowed to offer video calls in exchange for financial compensation.

Can other types of relationships be offered on the platform?

No. Sugar dating is based on face-to-face and mutually agreed relationships.. This platform is not intended for online relationships nor to services outside the original concept of sugar dating.

Why have my photos disappeared?

If any of your images have been deleted, it is possible that a moderator has deleted it for not complying with the rules of the platform. If you think it was a mistake and would like more information, please contact us at info@sugardaddylatam.com.

I do not receive notifications of new messages, why?

Please note that the platforms of sugar dating are not available in conventional app stores, so our platform works through the browser.
In order to receive notifications, you must activate the system of push notifications in your browser. You can consult our user guide to learn how to configure them correctly.

Why can't I access my profile?
